On March 12, 1939, The Gulf Screen Guild Show presented “Tailored by Toni” starring Carole Lombard and James Stewart.

Directed by Dorothy Arzner and written by Connie Lee, the comedy-drama centers around Toni (Carole Lombard), New York’s formost designer of mens clothes and Peter, a Greenwich village author played by James Stewart.

The broadcast is barely 30 minutes so grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the show!

    I just joined an OTR group and have been having some fun listening to these shows. Jimmy Stewart is such a dear I think.
